Balamb Gardens Pet Policy

Because every hero needs a loyal companion.

At Balamb Gardens, we understand that pets are part of your journey, whether you’re raising a noble guardian dog or a mischievous feline sidekick. Our pet-friendly policy ensures harmony between all residents, both human and furry.

Pet Guidelines:

• Residents may have up to two pets total per unit (dogs, cats, or a mix of both).

• All pets must be registered with management at the time of move-in or upon adoption.

• Dogs must be leashed in all common areas and supervised at all times.

• Cats must remain indoors or in designated pet-approved spaces.

Breed & Weight Restrictions:

• Total combined pet weight should not exceed 100 lbs.

• Management reserves the right to approve pets on a case-by-case basis.

Pet Deposit & Fees:

• Contact the Garden Management Office for the one-time pet deposit fee.

Resident Responsibility:

• Pet owners are expected to maintain cleanliness in their units and outdoor spaces.

• Waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the provided bins.

• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional notices or, in rare cases, revocation of pet privileges.
