At Balamb Gardens, we understand that pets are part of your journey, whether you’re raising a noble guardian dog or a mischievous feline sidekick. Our pet-friendly policy ensures harmony between all residents, both human and furry.
Pet Guidelines:

Residents may have up to two pets total per unit (dogs, cats, or a mix of both).

All pets must be registered with management at the time of move-in or upon adoption.

Dogs must be leashed in all common areas and supervised at all times.

Cats must remain indoors or in designated pet-approved spaces.
Breed & Weight Restrictions:

Total combined pet weight should not exceed 100 lbs.

Management reserves the right to approve pets on a case-by-case basis.
Pet Deposit & Fees:

Contact the Garden Management Office for the one-time pet deposit fee.
Resident Responsibility:

Pet owners are expected to maintain cleanliness in their units and outdoor spaces.

Waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the provided bins.

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional notices or, in rare cases, revocation of pet privileges.
